The Mann brothers in their Sunday best. Ahem...

The Mart Man wears a burger man with pride and conviction.
This is our friend Glenn Mann. And what a Mann he is. He and his brother Ricky are trying to raise some much needed money to help the Guide Dogs for the Blind Association. They train puppies up to become guide dogs for partially sighted and blind people and are specialists in confidence building rehabilitation services for adults, young people and kids. It costs up to £49,000 to train up one guide dog, and to make sure that everyone who needs one, can afford one, they only charge 50p for the privilege. Ricky and Glenn's Mum Carol has had two guide dogs so far, so they thought it was about time they showed their appreciation. So on the 2nd July 2010, they will be playing one hole on each of the 27 courses around Northern Ireland, ending up at Cairndhu. You can follow their activities on their facebook page. Mouth Trumpet are helping out the only way we know how – through lovely T shirts and some delightful cotton bags for carrying your lunch in, nipping out to the gym or keeping some style on your shoulder when you're hanging out at the supermarket check out. This is our trumpeting friend Martin. He is currently embarking on an alcohol free year to raise money for Sane - a mental health charity. He is writing a rather amusing blog based around the most delicious non boozy drinks available in bars around Belfast. You can follow his journey and donate to Sane by following his link...
